Responsibilities:

The intern will engage in a structured learning program utilizing online video training, interactive sessions with interns nationwide, and in-office training.

Depending on individual interests and career aspirations, interns may focus on one of five paths: Business Insurance Sales, Personal Insurance Sales, Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Sales, Client Service, and Marketing. 

With initial guidance and supervision, gradually transitioning to independent execution, the student intern will be responsible for specific tasks relevant to their path of choice.

The first four paths are a direct path to full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications:

Enrolled as a full-time student at a university or college in the fall, enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for undergrad students, or 9 credit hours for graduate students. Rising college freshmen may apply.

Commitment to obtaining a state of Tennessee Property and Casualty insurance license during the internship.

Ability to work the entire 12 week internship schedule, 40 hours each week.
